Unable to connect to AOL server

I just got a new computer with Windows 11 and I was able to get Incredimail 2 downloaded. I was also able to reload some content from an external hard drive but I can't send or receive mail through the AOL server. It just won't play nice. I've typed in the pop and smtp numbers it requests but it won't connect. I keep getting 400_webOC ieframe.dll errors. Not sure what's going on. I also can't make Incredimail my default mail. I'm not sure if the problem is with the program or with AOL. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!
